FEE STRUCTURE
Smit & Grové attorneys are completely willing to work at a set fee structure and have in fact done so in the past.  We feel that this leads to more certainty as between Attorney and a Client in monitoring whether in certain instances litigation is commercially viable, or not.  In this instance the Attorney will deal with the Litigation on behalf of the client.
It is our practice not to appoint Advocates for Litigation unless it is unavoidable.
FEE & MANDATE AGREEMENT

Smit & Grové attorneys also fee in terms of a fee and mandate agreement and this agreement is easily understood after perusal. The agreement sets out the charge for the actual work done and also allows the client to feel at peace of mind knowing that the attorney cannot over reach the client with excessive figures or a global account, instead we invoice the client for the separate services rendered.
